Partner Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds:

• Partners retain the right to cancel their subscription at any time.
• How to cancel: To terminate the subscription, please notify us via email at partners@bestbinaurals.com. Include your full name, reason for cancellation, and desired termination date. Also, ensure cancellation through PayPal.
• Upon the subscription’s end, it will auto-renew.
• Note: Cancelling the subscription will terminate full access to the healing tracks for you and all of your customers.

2. Access and Privacy:

• Partner personal details remain confidential and inaccessible to customers.
• Full access granted through the group account subscription is exclusively intended for your existing client base.
• You may only offer full access to your existing client base in exchange for a one-time fee should you choose.
• Full access obtained through your group account is not for resale to those outside of your client base.

3. Confidentiality:

• Partner program details, including subscription prices, remain accessible only to partners and are not shared with customers.

4. Modification of Terms:

• Best Binaurals reserves the right to modify Partner Program terms and conditions. Partners will be duly informed of any changes.

5. Termination of Partnership:

• Best Binaurals reserves the right to terminate partnerships due to violations, fraudulent activities, or inappropriate service use.

6. Agreement Acceptance:

• By enrolling in the Partner Program, partners agree to comply with the outlined terms and conditions.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms:

• Customers can opt for monthly, six-monthly, or yearly subscriptions. A discount is offered for the latter two payment options.
• The subscription, available to professional clients, grants full access to our track library. The £15/month option provides single account access, hence the reduced price.

8. Payment Options:

• Best Binaurals accepts all major credit cards.

9. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are not issued once the subscription is processed. Refer to the ‘Termination of Partnership’ section for cancellation procedures.

10. Custom Made Tracks: – Best Binaurals creates custom tracks upon request but reserves the right to reject certain requests.
11. Confidentiality and Security: – While Best Binaurals maintains a highly secure streaming platform, users must safeguard their access and refrain from sharing login details with unauthorized parties. Best Binaurals holds no responsibility for any leaked details.
12. Usage Restrictions: – Tracks are strictly for professional use and should not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without explicit authorization. – Our tracks do not substitute professional medical advice or treatment.
