To Start Earning, Simply:

  1. Sign-up to our affiliate program.
  2. Refer customers by sharing your unique tracking link or personalized code
  3. Earn commission on the first Friday of each month.

Long Cookie Duration
Cookies are present for 30 days to ensure that our affiliates receive commission for sales even if the occur some-time after the initial referral.

Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

2. Affiliate Program Overview

Our affiliate program offers revenue stream opportunities for referring customers who:

  1. Wish to license our tracks.
  2. Request custom track production.

Types of Affiliates

  • Trackable Affiliates: Those referring customers who wish to license our tracks.
  • Custom Track Referrals: Custom track requests are priced individually and require a personalized referral code for tracking (e.g., ‘Jen111’). This code is agreed upon between Best Binaurals and the referrer.

3. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote our products and services using only approved promotional materials.
  • Use provided affiliate links and personalized referral codes where applicable.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Avoid deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices.

4. Tracking and Reporting

  • For licensed track referrals, use the unique affiliate links provided.
  • For custom track referrals, ensure the customer quotes your personalized referral code.
  • We will always aim to seek referrer information from custom track referrals in case no reference is mentioned to help our affiliates receive accurate commission. If no personalized referral code is given and we have been given no further information regarding the referrer before payment has been processed, the affiliate will not be credited. 

5. Commissions and Payments

Licensed Track Referrals

  • Earn a 20% commission on sales generated through your affiliate links.
  • Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the sale price.

Custom Track Referrals

  • Earn a 20% commission on the agreed cost of our custom services.

Collaborative Track Royalties

  • If a custom track involves customer collaboration and is listed in our shop, the customer can earn a 20% commission from each sale of this track.
  • If the same customer also acts as an affiliate, they will earn an additional 20% of the sale for referrals purchasing the collaborative track only.

Payment Schedule

  • Commissions are paid on the first Friday of every month.
  • Payments are made via PayPal in GBP.
  • All commissions (licensed track referrals, custom track referrals, and collaborative track royalties) will be consolidated into a single payment.
  • The minimum payout threshold is £10, meaning affiliates must generate £10 or more to qualify for payments in any given month.
  • If the payout threshold is not met by the time payments are processed, any commission generated will roll-over to the following month/s until the threshold is met.

6. Policies and Pricing

  • Customers who purchase products through your affiliate links are our customers.
  • Our rules, policies, and procedures concerning customer orders, service, and product sales apply to all customers.
  • We may change our policies and procedures at any time.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
  • Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our promotional materials and remove affiliate links from your platforms.
  • Outstanding commissions at the time of termination will be paid according to the regular payment schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
  • We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the affiliate program or any products sold through the program.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program, including any breach of this agreement.

10. Amendments

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of any changes. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

We pay all of our affiliates on the first Friday of each month.

Your affiliate commission will be paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal, depending on your preference.

Cookies are tiny bits of data stored on a device when a referral click on affiliate link. They help track the referrals journey, ensuring that if they make a purchase after clicking the link, the affiliate gets credited for it. Think of it like a friendly tag that lets websites remember visits and rewards the affiliate who guided them there.

Your unique tracking link allows us to associate your referral to your affiliate account so that we can reward you accordingly.

Upon affiliate registration, you will be provided with your unique tracking link via your affiliate welcome email. The tracking link can then be shared with your referrals.

There is a £10 minimum payment threshold. So, for example, – You would need to generate £10 or more in one month before we process your payment. If you do not reach the monthly threshold for payment, your commissions will roll-over to the following month and be paid once the threshold is met.
