I’m Lauren, a business and marketing professional, sound therapy music producer and fully certified sound practitioner, with a passion for both music and the sciences. While my professional background lies in marketing from my corporate days, my heart now lies in the realm of sound therapy.
My partner, Marcel is a former music producer following much success, turned entrepreneur. ONE-TIME CUSTOMER FEES:
For customers wishing to own a site which includes the option to take payments, there is a one-time fee of £48/$59.95
For customers wishing to own a site which does not include the option to take payments, there is a one-time fee of £16/$20
Note: All one-time fees are plugin costs and are charged at no additional cost.
PAYMENTS
Prices listed on this site do not include cost of domain name – (usually around $10 yearly – option to auto-renew).
All fees including one-time plugin fees, domain fees and the Professional package fee (inclusive of web hosting and additional service charges as seen listed above), are to be paid via www.hostme365.com – (web-hosting service provider).

TIMELINES
The timeline mentioned for creating any sound therapy streaming sites should be considered as a general guideline from when all information required has been received and actual timelines will depend on the number of client requests at the time. Each request will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Requests for customising elements of the site outside of standard capabilities as per the standard template may be chargeable.
Quotes for special requests by clients will be provided, agreed upon and paid before work any is carried out.
The following features/services are not included in the Professional Package and will be charged at an additional cost:
- Blog content
- Affiliate program element
- Website maintenance (this relates to any additional content outside of what is currently seen at www.bestbinaurals.com)
CUSTOM TRACKS
Any requests for custom tracks may be submitted via our contact form and will be charged at an additional rate. This rate will vary depending on request and must be quoted and paid for prior to production. Realistic delivery timeframes will be given. We reserve the right to reject some requests.
COMMISSIONS
We pay £50 uncapped commission for each referral which purchases our Professional subscription Package.
For affiliates generating commission, payments will be processed via your preferred method on the first Friday of every Month.
There is no minimum payout amount, therefore affiliates generating £50, or more each month will be paid on time and without fail.
Dollar prices relating to commission are in USD. Prices are in Pounds Sterling and so the equivalent rates listed in USD are approximations using the exchange rate at the time of publishing and may be subject to change slightly. The same rule applies for any other affiliate whose native currency is outside of GBP.
TRACKING
As a means of tracking, all referrals will receive 1 month for free by quoting a personalised affiliate code e.g- ‘COACH111’ via the contact form within two weeks of purchasing the Professional package
For subscribing customers this offer mean that £19.99 (or the equivalent amount for the customers relating currency) will be reimbursed on the day which the 2nd recurring payment has been successfully processed.
For any referrals not quoting the unique affiliate code within the 2 week timeframe may result in the referral not counting toward the commission for the related affiliate and the customer not receiving the offer.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Users retain the right to cancel their subscription at any time.
How to cancel: To terminate the subscription, please notify us via email at info@bestbinaurals.com. Include your full name, reason for cancellation, and desired termination date. Also, ensure cancellation through your Bank, banking app, or PayPal – depending on how you subscribed.
Refunds will not be given on any processed subscriptions.
Note: Cancelling subscriptions will terminate full access to the healing tracks, this includes access for all associated users.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions. Users will be duly informed of any changes.
TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS
Best Binaurals reserves the right to terminate accounts due to, fraudulent activities, inappropriate service use or violation of guidelines.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Best Binaurals accepts all major credit cards, also via PayPal accounts.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
While Best Binaurals maintains a highly secure streaming platform, users must safeguard their access and refrain from sharing login details with unauthorized parties. Best Binaurals holds no responsibility for any leaked details.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Tracks are strictly for professional use and should not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without explicit authorization.
